DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - Authorities say a woman has been shot in the parking lot of a North Carolina shopping mall.
Durham Police spokesman Wil Glenn said the 21-yeaar-old woman didn’t appear to suffer life threatening injuries in the 5:15 p.m. Saturday shooting near the theater at Northgate Mall.
Glenn said in a statement that the shooting victim was not picked at random and the mall was not evacuated.

Police have not identified a suspect and did not give a motive for the shooting.
