WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - A judge is hearing oral arguments in the prosecution of two men changed in a fatal shooting in Wilmington in 2014.
Attorneys were scheduled to present arguments Wednesday in the case of Jeffrey Clark and Rayshaun Johnson.
The two, along with a third man, Christopher Harris, were indicted in 2015 in the death of 39-year-old Theodore Jackson.
Authorities have said Jackson had been standing in front of a relative’s house on Elm Street in April 2014 when he was shot.
Police said a crowd of about 200 people formed and began throwing rocks at officers who responded to the scene and began providing first aid, forcing them to call additional officers to provide security for paramedics.
