LONG BEACH, Calif. (AP) - Police say a masseuse arrested three years ago in connection with the suspicious death of a customer at a Long Beach salon has been arrested again.

Sandra Gonzalez was originally arrested in 2014 shortly after the victim, Mamilet Suares, died during an appointment at Areli’s Beauty Salon. Detectives have not said what procedure Suares underwent or what may have killed her. But KCBS-TV reports (https://cbsloc.al/2lP8s8E ) authorities found controlled substances at the salon used for cosmetic procedures that Gonzalez was advertising, but not licensed to perform.

Gonzalez was ultimately released. Police arrested her again Tuesday on suspicion of murder. She was held on $2 million bail. It wasn’t immediately known if she has an attorney.
