ROCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Police say they’ve located the suspected driver in a hit-and-run that left three pedestrians seriously injured in Rochester.

Police said early Tuesday morning that no charges have been filed.

Emergency responders found the pedestrians lying on the road Monday night with debris scattered all around.

Police say they had just gotten off a bus and were crossing the road when they were hit.

One victim was flown to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. The other two were taken by ambulance to a hospital with serious injuries.

Their names have not been released.
