TOWANDA, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania man who police say was under the influence of drugs when he crashed head-on into another vehicle, faces a delayed court hearing on charges he killed two adults in the other vehicle and his 7-year-old son.
Wednesday’s preliminary hearing for 39-year-old Philip Frisbie was postponed until March 17.
The Towanda man is in the Bradford County jail on charges including homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and other charges in the July 2016 crash on the Burlington Turnpike in Bradford County.
The driver of the other car, Sarah Lynn Heasley and her passenger, Clifton Roy Heasley, were killed. The Towanda couple left behind five children. Frisbie’s son, Logan, was in his car and also died.
Frisbie’s attorney declined comment Wednesday.
