SANTEE, Calif. (AP) - San Diego County sheriff’s detectives are investigating three arrestees in connection with a series of vehicle vandalism incidents in Santee.
The three men were arrested late Wednesday after a resident heard windows breaking and car alarms going off and saw occupants of a Ford Explorer throwing objects at parked vehicles.
A sheriff’s deputy spotted the Explorer and took the men into custody.
Four vehicles were damaged in the incident, and detectives believe the same Explorer was involved in vehicle vandalism incidents about two weeks ago.
