CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Charlotte police have charged a 21-year-old man with fatally shooting another man.
Police said 20-year-old Alexander Miller turned himself in Monday to face a murder charge for last Thursday’s death of Stephon White.
White was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Detectives determined someone drove White about 7 miles from the shooting scene before calling 911.
Miller was being held Monday at the Mecklenburg County jail.
