PHOENIX (AP) - The Latest on a reported hazardous materials incident (all times local):
Authorities say a hazardous materials situation at a fertilizer business on the far western outskirts of the Phoenix area has been “resolved.”
The Buckeye Valley Fire District says State Route 85 is being reopened and that responders are clearing the area around a Fertizona facility on Baseline Road where an ammonia leak occurred Wednesday morning.
A district spokesman did not immediately respond to a call seeking more information about the leak and what was done in response.
