OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A man accused of fatally shooting two people in central Oklahoma says he didn’t commit the crime.
KFOR-TV (https://bit.ly/2udfbL7 ) reports that 33-year-old Roshaun Jones is accused of killing 42-year-old Nekia Jackson and 60-year-old Russ Roberts at a Del City laundromat Jan. 23.
A detective says Jones’s clothes were found at the scene. He also says surveillance video from a nearby gas station shows a car in the area at the time of the shooting similar to the one Jones was in when he was arrested.
A laundromat employee says Jones was upset that another employee was fired and that Jones said he was going to rob the business.
A preliminary hearing will continue Friday, and a judge will decide if there’s enough evidence for the case to go to trial.
