ANALYSIS/OPINION:

The man-made disaster we call Obamacare needs to be repealed — and not replaced with anything. Millions of people were forced to give up health-insurance policies with which they were perfectly happy, so claims that “millions will lose their coverage” when Obamacare hits the dumpster ring hollow. Millions of Americans have signed up kicking and screaming because they want medical insurance, while millions more signed up on the miserable exchange website only because the IRS would levy fines on them if they didn’t.

Medicare funds were raided to fund Obamacare subsidies, Congress has exempted itself (of course) and Medicaid continues to grow unabated. Keep in mind that this is not a battle over health care; it is a battle over health insurance (i.e., who gets to pay for our health care). Why is it the taxpayers’ duty to pay for someone else’s medical costs? What ever happened to personal responsibility and families helping to take care of their own? Dump Obamacare and let the free market offer plans suited to individuals’ needs, not government dictates.
