ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - A float plane has crashed into a house in Anchorage, slightly injuring the pilot but no one else.
KTVA reported (https://bit.ly/2txlcDv) The National Transportation Safety Board said the plane’s engine died Sunday afternoon, causing the aircraft to hit a tree, light pole, a home and a shed before landing on the west side street.
Fire officials said the pilot was alone and nobody was in the home at the time of the crash.
The NTSB said the pilot received minor injuries.
