AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) - A third arrest has been made in a fatal shooting in Georgia, two years after the initial arrests were made.

The Augusta Chronicle reports the Georgia State Patrol arrested 29-year-old Jesse Daniel Jackson on Saturday in Morgan County on charges in connection with the 2015 shooting death of Randy Justin Ramos. The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, which has jurisdiction over the shooting, says Jackson faces charges including murder and armed robbery.

Ramos was fatally shot in December 2015 in front of co-workers after a shift at a call center. Two men, 26-year-old Marquise Terrell Yarbary and 20-year-old Tarez R. Gordon, were arrested in 2015. Both have pleaded not guilty to murder charges. Deputies believe Yarbary drove a getaway vehicle for Gordon and Jackson.

It’s unclear if Jackson has a lawyer.
