CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A former New Hampshire man has pleaded not guilty to charges of possessing methamphetamine, heroin, fentanyl and carfentanil with the intent to distribute them.

A May 31 indictment says 39-year-old Justin Gauthier, formerly of Northfield, had methamphetamine and fentanyl back in August, and had all of the drugs as of March. He’s also charged with possessing seven firearms in relation to a drug-trafficking crime.

Gauthier was arraigned in federal court in Concord on Tuesday. His trial is scheduled for August.
