UNION CITY, Calif. (AP) - Police are searching for a woman who went on a rampage in a Union City parking lot, striking two people with her car.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports (https://bit.ly/2nGiutC ) that the woman went to Walmart on Sunday and attempted to return some batteries. After store officials did not allow her to make the return, she went screaming into the parking lot and ultimately tried to run over people with her car.

Police say the woman intentionally struck two people with her car and nearly hit both a family and a 3-year-old girl and her mother.

Victims of the vehicular attack were treated for minor cuts and bruises at the scene.

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying the woman.
