BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Police on different sides of North Dakota have made big marijuana busts in recent days.
KFYR-TV reports that authorities found 30 pounds of marijuana and 2 pounds of hashish during a traffic stop in Dickinson last weekend. Two people from Oregon were arrested and face multiple charges.
KQDJ radio reports that authorities in Stutsman County confiscated about 16 ½ pounds of pot during a traffic stop Tuesday on U.S. Highway 281 south of Jamestown. A California man was arrested.
Drug-sniffing dogs helped in both busts.
