WASHINGTON (AP) - In a story March 9, The Associated Press reported in a headline that a District of Columbia police union head pleaded guilty to stealing more than $180,000 in dues. The headline should have made clear that Takisha Brown Dorsey was the head of a corrections officers union, which is part of the Fraternal Order of Police, but is not the head of the union for police officers.
