LAS VEGAS, N.M. (AP) - The Las Vegas Optic has named the editor of an Iowa newspaper as its next newsroom leader.

The northern New Mexico newspaper announced (https://goo.gl/JkeimJ) that Jason W. Brooks started this month as the publication’s new editor.
