FESSENDEN, N.D. (AP) - Two people accused of attacking a man with an ice auger are due in court next week on felony charges in Wells County.
Prosecutors say Alexander Lail and Deanna Neurohr used an ice auger to injure the leg of Jason Thomas last week. Authorities say he died of heart issues a few days after the attack.
KXMB-TV reports https://bit.ly/2pdbSjJ Lail and Neurohr are charged with criminal conspiracy and conspiracy to commit aggravated assault.
