WASILLA, Alaska (AP) - A 36-year-old Wasilla woman riding in a sport utility vehicle died in a rollover crash near the city.

Alaska State Troopers say Amanda Doherty died late Thursday night.

Troopers say the male driver lost control of the SUV near Schrock Road and Infinite Road north of Wasilla.

The SUV rolled multiple times and left the roadway.

Doherty, the driver and a 16-year-old boy were not wearing seat belts. All three were ejected from the SUV and emergency responders pronounced Doherty dead at the scene.

The driver and the boy were transported to a hospital.
