BOSTON (AP) - Authorities in Massachusetts say an Arizona man was arrested in St. Louis, Missouri, and brought back to the state to face murder charges in the 1988 deaths of two people.
Suffolk District Attorney Daniel Conley’s office says 52-year-old Carlton Henderson will be arraigned Tuesday in connection with the May 7, 1988 shooting deaths of 26-year-old William Medina and 22-year-old Antonio Dos Reis in the city’s Roxbury neighborhood.
The Boston Globe reports that authorities allege Medina and Reis had been sitting in a vehicle that night when Henderson gunned them down.
Police say bullets from the 1988 killings were matched to a gun recovered in a 1993 shooting death in Miami.
It couldn’t be determined if Henderson has an attorney who can comment on his behalf.
