HOUSTON (AP) - Harris County deputies and Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a taxi driver.
Authorities say witnesses tell them the driver was dragged from his cab and shot at a North Harris County gas station early Sunday. He was able to climb back inside the taxi and drive away but a passerby found his body, in the cab, outside a Houston office building not far from the shooting scene.
It’s not immediately certain if the driver was robbed.
