The Washington Nationals and Chicago Cubs will open their National League Division Series on Friday at 7:31 p.m. on TBS.

Game 2 of the series will be played at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday night. That game is also on TBS.

Sunday is a travel day for the teams. Games 3 will be Monday, Oct. 9 in Chicago. Game 4, if necessary would be Oct. 10. Then, finally, Game 5 would be back in Washington on Oct. 12, should the clubs need one.

The Nationals finished the season 97-65 to win the National League East, piling up the second-most wins in Nationals/Expos history.

The Cubs, who are the defending World Series champions, won the Central Division with a 92-70 record.
