SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (AP) - The suspect in a triple shooting at a Massachusetts nightclub that left two men dead is scheduled to appear in court.

WWLP-TV reports that Demetrius Moore has been held without bail since pleading not guilty at his arraignment September 14 to charges including two counts of murder, and is expected to be in court Monday for a pretrial hearing.

Authorities say the 26-year-old Moore opened fire in the Kickback Lounge in Springfield on June 4. Warren Payne died shortly after the shooting, while Chauncy Marshall died several days later. A third victim survived.

Moore eluded capture until last month when he was pulled over for speeding and running a red light.

Moore’s attorney has not commented.

Authorities did not disclose a motive for the shooting.
