VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) - Police in Vancouver, Washington, say a man was arrested after he fired a gun at officers from inside an apartment.

An officer was flagged down at about 12:14 a.m. Thursday by a person who said people were being held against their will by a man with a gun in an apartment on East Fourth Plain Blvd.
