NEW YORK (AP) - Police say a 20-year-old Brooklyn man was shot and killed as he left a Brooklyn deli early Saturday.

The Daily News (https://nydn.us/2xFZeBt ) says the unidentified victim was shot at about 4:20 a.m. as he was leaving Franklin Finest Deli in the Crown Heights section. The victim was hit multiple times in the chest and stomach.

A clerk at a deli across the street says he witnessed four or five shots being fired.

The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he died.
