FRANKLIN, N.H. (AP) - The New Hampshire Attorney General’s office announced that a man has been indicted in a shooting that left another man dead in Franklin.

Attorney General Gordon McDonald said Tuesday that 26-year-old Richard Tripaldi, formerly of Franklin, had been indicted on first degree murder and several charges for allegedly killing 24-year-old James Brock on June 21. Tripaldi is also charged with stealing Brock’s Chevrolet Impala.

Brock’s body was found six weeks after he had been shot in the head, and Tripaldi was arrested a day later.

Tripaldi is being held without bail. It wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer.

Authorities have released few details surrounding the death of the Mississippi native.
