PHOENIX (AP) - Police in Phoenix say a suspect has been arrested in the fatal stabbing last week.

They say 58-year-old Richard Rains is being held on suspicion of second-degree murder in a Sept. 19 stabbing death of Nicholas Rugolo.

Police say the two men argued and Rugolo was stabbed with a knife.

The 34-year-old Rugolo was able to walk a short distance before collapsing. He was transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Police say Rains walked to a nearby business and called police to notify them of the stabbing and waited for officers to arrive.
