A Manhattan apartment formerly leased by pop star Taylor Swift has seen its asking price go down roughly $4 million after five months on the market with no takers.
The 5,500-square-foot West Village townhouse —a converted carriage house — is now listed at $19,995,000, NBC’s local affiliate reported Thursday. That’s a 9 percent drop from its $24.5 million listing price back in April.
Miss Swift stayed at the 105-year-old property for a few months in 2016 while her $20 million penthouse apartment in nearby Tribeca was under renovation, Business Insider reported in August 2016.
Among its luxury amenities, the townhouse boasts an indoor pool and south-facing rooftop terrace, according to The Corcoran Group’s listing.
