BAR HARBOR, Maine (AP) - Authorities are identifying the victims in a Bar Harbor, Maine, farmhouse fire that killed a mother and her son while injuring two other members of the family.

The State Fire Marshal’s Office says the Sunday morning fire killed 79-year-old Earlene Harding and her 57-year-old son Leroy Harding.

Officials say Earlene’s husband, Percy Harding, who is in his 80s, is hospitalized as a result of the fire. They say Raymond Harding, another son who is in his 50s, has been released from the hospital.

Investigators say the cause of the fire won’t be determined because of extensive damage to the farmhouse, which burned to its foundation.
