NEW BERN, N.C. (AP) - Two people have been sentenced to prison and a third is awaiting sentencing after admitting to charges of sex trafficking involving a teenage girl.

The U.S. Attorney’s office said 41-year-old Bobby Williams Jr. of Stantonsburg was given 15 years in prison and 40-year-old Temeeka Honey of Wilson was sentenced to five years and one month in prison.

According to prosecutors, Honey was the girlfriend of William Maurice Saddler. In 2015, they forced the teen to prostitute at migrant camps around Wilson, intimidating her to continue prostituting to support his crack cocaine habit.
