RENO, Nev. (AP) - Police say a woman whose body was found last week in a field in south Reno had been misusing her prescribed medication and hallucinating before she disappeared on Nov. 16.
The Washoe County medical examiner identified the dead woman as 36-year-old Kelly Trethan of Reno.
No foul play is suspected by an investigating into the cause of her death is continuing.

Authorities found the body Friday afternoon in a field near Double Diamond Parkway and Terabyte Drive Friday afternoon.
Police say several witnesses reported seeing Trethan on the night she disappeared barefoot wearing only a tee-shirt and yoga pants. They say she fled when someone suggested calling police.
