BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - A prosecutor in Louisiana says a domestic dispute escalated into a murder-suicide when a man shot a woman and then himself.
East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore tells WBRZ-TV the deadly shooting happened Thursday night at an apartment complex in Baton Rouge.
Moore says he advised residents to talk with loved ones and seek help to prevent similar situations in the future.
