NEW HAMPTON, N.H. (AP) - Crews in a New Hampshire town are searching for the origin of a water main break that’s left some residents without water.

WMUR-TV reports about 90 percent of the residents in New Hampton use well water and were not affected by the break, which happened Sunday afternoon. The break left the town’s village district without water.

For now, water is being pumped from a nearby reservoir to refill the town’s tank.

Public schools are out for February vacation, but there are still homes and businesses without water.
