President Trump sat down for his first international TV interview since taking office with “Good Morning Britain” anchor Piers Morgan on Thursday in Davos, Switzerland.

Mr. Morgan, a MailOnline columnist who is a staunch supporter of Mr. Trump, interviewed the president at the World Economic Forum. Clips of the interview will be played during Friday’s broadcast of “Good Morning Britain,” with the full interview set to air Sunday on ITV.

Mr. Morgan became friends with Mr. Trump in 2008 after he won “Celebrity Apprentice” in the U.S. His Twitter account is only one of 45 that the president follows.

Mr. Morgan tweeted his excitement about the interview, taking a few shots at his “green-eyed media friends” in the process.
