DURHAM, Maine (AP) - Sheriff’s deputies in Maine say one person has died after a vehicle went off a road and struck a utility pole.

The Androscoggin County Sheriff’s office says three people were inside the vehicle in Durham. The crash happened at about 1 a.m. Monday.

The other two people were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No names have been released yet.
