CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man who’s been arrested five times since Jan. 1 is back in jail after assaulting several Concord police officers.

Police say 22-year-old Christopher Holland seriously injured two Concord police officers and caused minor injuries to a third when he resisted arrest for standing in busy driving lanes on Monday in downtown Concord. Two of the officers will likely be out of work for a time.

The Concord Monitor reports that officers used a stun gun but it was ineffective. They believe Holland was under the influence of drugs.
