BOSTON (AP) - The Latest on the death of an elderly woman who was an innocent bystander in a triple shooting (all times local):

Boston police report an arrest in connection with a weekend triple shooting that left a 74-year-old grandmother dead.
Investigators say Eleanor Maloney, a retired hospital worker, was an innocent bystander in Saturday’s daylight triple shooting in the Mattapan neighborhood. Two men suffered gunshot wounds and are expected to recover.
On Monday, police said they arrested 37-year-old Anthony Davis, of Boston, on gun charges.
Authorities say Davis, who is not been charged with killing Maloney, is in a hospital and will be arraigned at a later date.
Police say they continue to investigate “the facts and circumstances” surrounding the incident and appealing to anyone who has information about the shooting to contact the police department’s homicide division.

Police say two men sustained non-life threatening injuries in the shooting and the suspect, or suspects, remain at large.
