CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man has pleaded guilty in federal court to distributing drugs and retaliating against a witness.
Court documents say 22-year-old Glenn Adjutant sold Suboxone and Adderall earlier this year to people who were cooperating with law enforcement officials. Both sales happened within 1,000 feet of an elementary school.
Adjutant was arrested on April 9 and was to report to an addiction treatment center. Instead, court documents said he saw a woman who had provided information about him to authorities and struck her in the torso and head.
Adjutant is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 6.
