FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - A northwest Arkansas man who was being held in the shooting death of a woman is now facing a second count of capital murder after authorities say he killed his cellmate.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says a detention deputy doing cell checks early Wednesday found Dekota Harvey standing at his cell door and the body of Luis Cobos-Cenobio on the ground behind him.
Officials say Harvey admitted to killing Cobos-Cenobio but claims he did so at Cobos-Cenobio’s behest. Authorities have not indicated how he died.
