COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (AP) - Police in western Iowa say officers sent to a house to check on the welfare of a person who hadn’t been seen in several days found a body there.
Council Bluffs police say the body of the person was found Thursday afternoon. Police say the death is suspicious and have begun an investigation.
Police have not released the identity of the person. An autopsy has been ordered.
