NEW LONDON, Conn. (AP) - A former student at a college in Connecticut has been charged with taking cellphone videos of several women using dormitory showers.

The Day reports that 21-year-old Carlos Antonio Alberti turned himself in to New London police Friday. He was charged with seven counts of felony voyeurism.

Police say the former Connecticut College student’s arrest warrant details seven incidents involving five victims over the past several months. Police say they found 213 shower stall videos on Alberti’s cellphone.

They occurred in “gender-inclusive” bathrooms.

Alberti was originally interviewed by police last month and left school shortly thereafter.

The Richmond, Massachusetts man was released on $150,000 bond pending a court date March 15. The case was not listed in online records and it wasn’t clear if he had a lawyer.
