Redskins quarterback Colt McCoy underwent another leg procedure this spring, but is expected to be fine for OTAs, according to multiple reports.

McCoy was seen on crutches at the Colton of The Americas, an IndyCar event in Austin, Texas, leaving people to wonder what happened. The 32-year-old had surgery in December after breaking his leg against the Philadelphia Eagles, but was walking around fine near the end of the season.

As it turns out, The Athletic reported McCoy had another procedure that was “more of the ‘preventative maintenance’ sort.”

McCoy is expected to compete with newly acquired Case Keenum for the Redskins’ starting job in 2019.
