LANDER, Wyo. (AP) - A June 3 trial date has been scheduled for a judge on the Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming who has been indicted on two federal criminal charges.

The Ranger reports that tribal Chief Judge Terri Smith was indicted March 19 on misuse of a communications center and the unlawful delivery of cocaine. Details of the charges have not yet been made public.

Smith has pleaded not guilty to both counts.

The trial will be held in Cheyenne before U.S. District Judge Alan B. Johnson.
