NEW SALEM, N.D. (AP) - Sheriff’s deputies who stopped a Montana man at a New Salem gas station say they found methamphetamine and guns, among other things.
A court affidavit says Morton County deputies found 50 grams of meth, marijuana, an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle, a rifle, a pistol and 150 rounds of ammunition in the vehicle Saturday. Two skull masks, a machete, brass knuckles and cash were also seized.
The Bismarck Tribune says the 28-year-old driver is facing two felonies and six misdemeanors, including possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He’s being held in the Burleigh-Morton County jail in Bismarck.
