MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - Forward Taj Thweatt and guard Kedrian Johnson have signed letters of intent to play at West Virginia next year.

Coach Bob Huggins announced the signing of Thweatt on Wednesday and Johnson on Thursday.

The 6-foot-7 Thweatt averaged 20.2 points and 10.7 rebounds per game last season at Wildwood Catholic High School in New Jersey. He made 27 3-point field goals and shot 36 percent from 3-point range.



The 6-3 Johnson attends Temple College in Texas. As a freshman last year, he averaged 25.6 points and 3.7 steals per game.

The early signing period continues through next Wednesday.
