DAHLONEGA, Ga. (AP) - A man has surrendered to Pennsylvania authorities on a murder charge in the death of a missing Georgia woman found buried in a shallow grave.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced Wednesday morning that 22-year-old Austin Todd Stryker is now in custody. Twenty-one-year-old Hannah Bender disappeared from Lumpkin County, Georgia, on Sept. 14 and was found nearly two weeks later in a shallow grave in Forsyth County.

Stryker’s arrest warrant was issued after authorities found Bender’s blood-soaked clothes at a campsite. He was seen in West Virginia before his arrest, and authorities said he was dangerous.

Seventy-eight-year-old Jerry Harper, 19-year-old Dylan Patrick Reid and 18-year-old Isaac Huff were arrested on concealing death charges. Harper and Reid also are charged with evidence tampering.
