LONDONDERRY, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire authorities have charged a man with second-degree murder in the death of a man in Londonderry.

Twenty-four-year-old Brandon Castiglione faced arraignment Wednesday in Rockingham County Superior Court. He’s accused of causing the death of 60-year-old Luis Garcia, of Londonderry, whose body was found at a home Tuesday.

Officials on Wednesday released autopsy results showing that Garcia died from a single gunshot wound to the neck and the cause was homicide.

Castiglione waived arraignment and is currently being held without bail. A phone number or lawyer information for Castiglione could not be found.
