PASCAGOULA, Miss. (AP) - Police in Mississippi have identified a man found dead in his hotel room, and are asking the public for help in solving the case.
Pascagoula police officials said in a news release Tuesday that 63-year-old Manuel Flores of San Diego, California, was found dead by housekeeping staff at a Studio 6 extended stay hotel last month.
Investigators didn’t release a cause of death. News outlets report police have said it’s being investigated as a homicide.
The department says Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers is offering a possible reward to anyone that comes forward with information on the case.
