FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) - Prosecutors say a dispute between rival motorcycle gangs led to a fatal shooting outside a Massachusetts bar.

Joseph Noe was held without bail after pleading not guilty to murder and other charges Monday in connection with the shooting Friday outside JC’s Cafe in Fall River.

Prosecutors say the 25-year-old Noe, of Taunton, is a member of the Outlaws club, who had a dispute with members of the Sidewinders.

They say in addition to killing 39-year-old Eric Voshell, of Oak Bluffs, he shot and injured two other men.

Noe fled but turned himself in Monday. Prosecutors say a gun registered to Noe, who was licensed to carry, was recovered at the scene.

Noe’s attorney reserved the right to seek bail at a future date saying hasn’t yet seen all the evidence.
