ENFIELD, N.H. (AP) - Police have identified the driver who died in a crash on Interstate 89 in Enfield.

New Hampshire State Police say 83-year-old Robert Fuehrer of Peachum, Vermont, was traveling in the high-speed lane Thursday night when his SUV veered to its left and into the grassy median. The vehicle struck a guardrail, re-entered the road and came to a rest across both lanes of travel.

Fuehrer was pronounced dead at the scene.
